Take everything you know about traditional lagers and throw it out the window with this tasty hop-inspired lager. What makes this lager so unique is the bittersweet aromas of grapefruit and citrus derived from the addition of Mosaic hops. Rather than having an overpowering hop aromoa which can happen from time to time with IPAs, this India Pale Lager is very well-balanced with Munich and Vienna malts giving this lager a sweet and crisp finish.
The key formula to creating this great tasting beer is in the fermentation process. As BC brewer Josh Hammel explains "I ferment it low and slow, then age it until the beer tells me it’s ready. I don’t put a time frame on it, it puts a time frame on me."
This beer can be found as part of a variety pack along with Purple Gas, Rhinestone Cowboy, and Grasshopper Ale; alternatively it can also be purchased in 6-pack cans and bottles.
