Public tours: Deposits are non-refundable. If canceled within 10 days of your tour/transfer - Tour/transfer credit only, if canceled within 72 hours of the tour/transfer- No refunds and no credits. Change fees will apply if a change is requested within 14 days of the tour.
Do you have a different refund policy for groups?
Yes, due to the nature of group bookings we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking. The remainder must be fully paid (charges are made automatically on credit cards), 10 days before the tour.

-Rebooking fees of at least 25% apply for private tours (Of total tour cost to reschedule).
-Full payment is auto-charged to the credit card on file 10 days prior to tour date.

OMG, Something happened and I can not make my Public Tour Time:
Our team plans your tour venues and public tour schedule ahead of time. CCT does everything it can to get public tours to run (We move guides, move public tour times, and juggle many tour schedules). If we offered a refund for guests dropping out of a tour last minute it would cause a domino effect of cancelled guests which is terrible for all guests involved. Please do not expect a refund for cancelled public tours initiated by the guest. In turn if other guests cancel on your tour we will still run it if the tour had the tour minimum the day before the tour was set to run.
I just booked today, can I change my tour date?
Tours booked within 10 days of the tour date are final sales and non-transferrable or non-refundable. If you are further than 10 days out from your tour and booked in the last 24 hours, you can give us a call during business hours (9-5, Monday to Saturday) and we can change your tour date.
We have a private Tour this weekend and everyone has COVID, what can we do?
Same day/next day please feel free to replace the guests that had COVID with new guests or we can offer a "Gift voucher" for the guests that were unable to show for up to 4 guests. If the entire group has covid and the tour is unable to run we can reschedule for a 25% re-booking fee.
-Must be requested by 5pm the day before the tour to receive any credit. Same day cancelations receive no vouchers or opportunity to reschedule.
OMG it's midnight and I'm freaking out about not being able to make my tour tomorrow at 10am. I've emailed twice, called, facebook messengered, and texted and no one is getting back to me. What do I do?
One email to email@example.com is perfect and when we arrive at the office a 9am we will be sure to cancel your tour. If it's public, "what happens in a cancelation" is above, private tours, please feel free to call us at 9:01am (778-320-3409) or we will get back to you within a few hours of opening.
