Beer Review - Persephone IPA

The Beer: Persephone IPA

If you love the aroma and flavour of fruity, citrusy hops you're going to love this IPA.

But first, a little about Persephone and their amazing hops. Where else do you get a craft brewer growing their own hops. They have an acre already cultivated and are adding 5 more acres! Add to that the fact that they source their malt from local BC farms and you've got one heck of a local beer.

The key aroma and flavour ingredient in an IPA is the hops. They use hops that smell amazing and leave a nice hoppy finish on your tongue for a while after. I'm not sure about you but when I drink a beer I want to get all the flavour I can get out of it. With Persephone's IPA you get that and so much more!
