Our goal is to ensure you have an incredible experience. Our fleet can handle any event.
2017 Ford Transit HD: Meet Big Bertha. She's your everyday friendly giant offering comfortable seating for 14 people with room for luggage. She's perfect for the Sea to Sky Brewery tour especially when you have luggage. Did we mention she has Sirius Satellite radio?
2015 Ford Transit: Meet Wine-o. Premium seating, and everything you would come to expect with from a limo but in a shuttle van. This 14 passenger plus driver vehicle is smooth driving and will ensure your time spent in the shuttle exceeds your expectations.
2017 Ford Transit: Meet our newest addition to the Canadian Craft fleet. Ideal for longer trips, this bus seats 14 passengers plus driver. With a full sized extra step and extra high roof you'll enjoy this extra bit of luxury.
2013 Ford Econoline: Meet "Persephone". When we went to name her we had 2-3 great names that had to do with her being new, hip and reliable. Michelle then told us that her Kelowna Beer/Wine bus's name was Persephone and that was the end of the naming process. This Ford Econoline will ensure your comfort for the entire tour and seats a group of 14+driver.
Ford Econoline: Meet "Black Betty". This 14 passenger + driver has side rails to make climbing in and out much easier. Our Econoline has plenty of power and has been well taken care of. With plenty of room to store your wine/spirits or other beverages you purchased along the way there is no tour this van can not run. **Beer to be stored, not drank on the bus. In BC it is illegal to drink in a vehicle regardless of passenger capacity. Black Betty gets passed around to cover tours when we are overbooked, so if you see her it's your lucky day! It means that instead of canceling your tour we sent Black Betty to rescue the day!
Old is gold and especially when it refers to wine; this is what best describes the status of Chaberton Estate Winery which is one of British Colombia’s oldest and largest. The winery is located 45 minutes from Vancouver within the hills of South Langley. If you are new to wines, you will be happy to see the plants from which it is extracted. A Vancouver wine tour would not be complete without a stopover at this location.
So what can you expect when you visit the Chaberton Estate Winery?
The greatest satisfaction in eating or drinking comes from learning the root of where the ingredients come from and how they end up being such delicious and exquisite creations. Tours of the winery are held daily and this is a chance for wine lovers to appreciate the wine making process. The best time to go for a tour of the Chaberton Estate Winery is between March and November then again from December to February. The duration of time that is left out bears bad weather and no tours are held then.
An exciting view of the Chaberton Estate Winery vineyard can be experienced from the excellent Bacchus Bistro. It is the authentic French cuisine that has earned this bistro the Zagat rating by customers. The Vancouver Sun Newspaper has ranked the Bacchus Bistro among the top 3 'al Fresco' restaurants in the region. Apart from the signature cuisine of the restaurant, there is a daily showcase menu that makes use of goods bought from the local market. A bonus to the restaurant experience is the complete range of wines from Chaberton Estate Winery to pair the meals.
Tasting of wine is a major activity for visitors to the Chaberton Estate Winery and every tour presents an opportunity to engage in it. The boutique tasting room is the venue in which tasting takes place and here, visitors are introduced to a wide variety of red and white wines. All the wines found here have been made from 100% locally grown grapes grown in company owned vineyards in South Okanagan, Fraser and Similkammen valleys. While a fee applies to tasting, the experience is open all day long both in the boutique and retails shop within the Chaberton Estate Winery.
